1. What is a Subscription Box exactly?

When you place your order using the Subscribe and Save option, you are signing up to receive a box each month.  Your payment is automatically taken on the same day each month and you will then be sent the next Topix Box.  Each month our boxes cover a new and different topic, so you will never receive the same box twice!  You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time using the Manage My Subscription tab on the website.  You will need to create an account. There is no certain length of time you need to be subscribed for and you can cancel anytime without penalty. 

 

2.  Why have I only received part of my order?

Occasionally, we may find we are temporarily out of stock of a product due to stock errors. Rather than hold your order until this item is back in stock. we will do our best to send on what we do have immediately and then send the out of stock product on at a later date.  If the out of stock product is likely to take too long to arrive with us, we will unfortunately need to cancel this product and refund you.  You will still enjoy free shipping even if this refund takes your order to less than £19.99.    Other times we may send items in separate parcels is because it is more economical for us to do it this way rather than use a courier.
