Customer Delivery Info

Thanks for your message.  We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of orders and I assume this to be because many many more children are now having to stay at home.
If you are querying about the whereabouts of your order, please be reminded that Special Offers can take up to two weeks to reach you (as a rule). However, due to the current COVID19 situation, things may take slightly longer as our suppliers, couriers, postal staff etc are all working at less than full capacity due to some staff self isolating. Even some 'normal' orders can now be taking up to two weeks if some stock needs to be ordered in.
If you provided an email or phone number when you ordered, you will receive a shipping email once your order has dispatched. You will not receive any other email updates in the meantime, so please don't assume that your order has been missed or forgotten because  you haven't heard anything.
We all need to work together on this and please try to be patient.   I am truly sorry for this automated response, but it means I am not having to reply to several emails all asking the same thing for orders that aren't even late yet.  This is valuable time I need to spend packing and dispatching so as to get everybody's order to them as quickly as I possibly can.  I can assure you I am working flat out!
If three weeks has passed since you ordered, please reply again to this email and I will look into this for you.  If three weeks has not passed yet, please wait a little longer as this will help us all. You can also try your local sorting office to see if it has been taken back there if you were out when they tried to deliver.  Also check any 'safe' places that it may have been left as the delivery services are strongly aiming for contactless delivery.
